It pays to be able to read Mandarin

Ok. The pic might be hard to read so I'll type up below it.

That teenager paid 90 pounds to get a tatoo with the chinese characters you see on his arm. He thought he was getting 'Love' 'Honour' and 'Obey' but what it really says is 'At the end of the day, this is an ugly boy'

The rest of the article talks about how he found out and the fact he's going to pay 600 pounds to get it removed.

There is word to the wise about having a foreign language tatooed on your body.

Re: It pays to be able to read Mandarin

my friend got a tatoo like that. he got a sun and on the points of the suns rays he got chinese words. it looks cool but i told him just to make sure the words matched with the symbols. the tatoo shop had a dictionary with the symbols tho so it made things alot easier.

Re: It pays to be able to read Mandarin

Something like that happened a while back. There was one guy who got a tatoo saying Love and Peace and when he went to a Chinese restaurant, One of the waiters told him it truly meant "I'm f**king an idiot"
