New Civic 2005?

Are they coming out with a completely revamped Civic in 2005? If so, what are the changes? Would it be worth it to hold off to get a 2005 rather than a 2004 Civic? Thanks.

I think its going to be the same thing. There was a face lift already for 2004 so its very unlikely that that design will only last 1 year.

its going to be the same just looks diferent.. there are actually shooting the commercial for it in vegas and are looking for peeps with modded civic in vegas to be in the back ground of the commercial... thats why i was rushing to get my car done

As the years go by Civics seem to get heavier and slower so don't expect much.

The sad part is that it seems all cars are getting heavier with each passing year/generation, and also bigger. All the electronics and safety devices are the major culprits. It'd be nice to see the Civic for once become a bit smaller/lighter for the next generation, with increased performance.
I wish Honda would release a new version of the CRX, keep the weight below 2300 lbs, give it about 200-220hp, and sell it for less than $20k. They wouldn't be able to make them fast enough to keep up with demand.

rumour has it at work (i am a tech at honda) that they are unvailing a 270hp hybrid accord, that would be sick. could outrun anything on the road and still keep going after the other car runs out of gas. dont know how true this is but its coming from pretty reliable sources at work.

they need to make an all whell drive turbo civic. a competitor for the wrx and the evo. honda could make a pretty sick car with the engines they got

Not enough power in the V12; you'd be lucky to crack low 14's. What's needed is the the quadruple-turbo W16 from the Bugatti Veyron. Then you might have something.
