You might look at www.keymotorsusa.com .

They are located in Albany NY. They have a pretty good reputation with members of the 9C1 email list for selling solid, clean cars.

Re: Where Is The Best Place To Get A 94-96 Lti In Baltimore Md ?

Key Motors is a good place. I bought my 97 Camaro from there at the same time that my buddy bought a 95 or 96 Caprice. The car was as seen on the site. Craig, the owner, spent a few hours with us including lunch. We were bs'ing about all of the car stuff, he was pretty cool to talk to. As far as I know, my buddy has had no major issues with the car. As for me, my tranny needed a rebuild but, I expected that with it being a cop car. Police officers are not know for babying the cars*L*

see www.highperformancemotors.com. They're in Nokesville Va just outside Manassas. 2+ hour drive from Baltimore. Lots of 94-95 9C1s.
Lots of P71s too.
