Dark tail light paint???

What is the name of the dark clear paint that you can spray on your tail lights?

Oh, and it is possible to paint the tail lights without taking the lights off?

Testors Clear Black Window Tint. You can get it at a hobby shop. You can spray it without taking the taillights off, just make sure you mask everything off really well and don't go crazy with the sanding and end up taking paint off the car.
