need help badly!

my gf has an 1988 honda accord. She got and drives it everywhere. It has 125k original miles on it which is pretty good but there is one problem. When the car is at a stop and is in drive it starts to shake, forcing her to put it in neutral while at a red light. Does anyone know how i could fix this? I'm not that good with cars and the cars I'm good with are newer. Any help would be golden. Thanks.

Sounds like at least one broken motor mount. It is possible that the others are damaged as well by this time.

Expensive mount (Honda's is $100's - after-market a LOT cheaper) and expensive to pay someone else to replace it (I've never swapped it myself, not do I plan to -- ever!)
