Looking for the Audi for me.
Hey hey guys and gals,
Let me first say that I know little or nothing about Audis. I'm just starting my research on um after someone suggested them to be because of the quattro system. I'm planning on buying a new car sometime in the next 1-2 years. The car must have a good AWD system and pretty good performance. Mainly i'm looking for a great handeling car that can still put you back in your seat when you exit that curve. Now I've looked into the S4 but I don't know if I can spend that much money on the '00 one, what are the older ones like? I'm looking for your oppinion about which one I should look into. I'm not really interested in any V8 models because if it isn't already turboed, I would like to turbo it. Sooo what I'm left with is a high reving 6 cyl that responds well to mods and has strong engine internals. Any info would be great, thanks

Hey , the 00 ones are known to blow the turbos for some reason , and the earlier ones are very good... also if you want a newer car , buy a 1.8T quattro and tune it up to 240 or more hp... (240 is reasonable and quite cheap also , but you can go further , even up to 500 hp) and it's lighter than the 6-cylinder models (not much , but it helps handling)... And about the V8s ... they're ultimate , i have one so i can tell...

Well if you like a turbo than get an S4 or S6 1992-1995.5 before that buy a 200 before that 5000 turbo quattro
