Side runners?

Is it possable to remove the running boards (the 3 grooved things on the side, if thats not what they're called) without damaging the door panel or having to replace pieces? if so how?

Re: Side runners?

you have an SE right?..if so im pretty sure those are glued on but im not possitive. If im not mistaken i know the GTs have clips that hold those on. So if i had to guess i would say you can remove them without damaging the door panel but i wouldnt be too quick to say that it wouldnt take off paint or leave nice marks....obviously i dont know so im not sure why i even bothered typing this so whoever posts the facts will help me as well

btw, did you wind up getting the body kit for the 95?

Re: Side runners?

yeah i'm making about 3000 a year, hoping to up it this year, so 900 is a big chunk and add insurance gas and such, runs out fast. but yeah, that kit is the best i've seen for a GA so far. Not fond of the gray color, but thats easily fixed. I'm thinking some unique metallic color. i love the hood on it too. just wish it came in CF.
