Front and back speakers question

I just got my cougar yesterday and I can't figure out how to get the grille off of the door panel so I can change the speakers.

Btw I have a 1994 cougar.

I'm new to the way ford does stuff I am used to chrysler. So can anyone help.

It has one of those metal grilles in front of the speakers and I didn't want to bend it all up. So is there a way to get the speaker out without bending them up?

Hey buddy,
You have to take the entire door off, It sucks, I know, but that is the only way.
The rear speakers can be taken out like a panel, right above the arm rest that hole panel pops out.
