engine mounts

I have a ZC Swap in 89 Civic HB, and 91 CRX SI transmission. (It was done before I got the car). I noticed on the rear of the passenger side engine mount, it looks like there is a bolt missing. Kinda looks like it lines up with a mount in the tranny below, but the holes are about 3 inches or so apart. Is my shit falling apart or is the bolt not needed with ZC swap?
