Does anybody know how to change a push-button 4 wheel drive activator to a lever (manual) in a '92 Chevy Blazer?

That would probably more trouble than it's worth. You would better off with one of these http://www.drivetrain.com/4x4PosiLock.html Probably cheaper too.

this link is selling a kit to do just that it eliminates the switch and vacum actuater and uses a cable to ingage and disingage the front diferental.
