Ready to order Z6, quick overview

I'm going to order the motor tonite if all my stuff is correct:

D16Z6 - Block/Head/Internals Only

91 CRX Si D16A6 Parts To Use On Z6:

Cable Transmission 5-Spd
Intake/Exhaust Manifolds
Throttle Body
Distributor
ECU
All wires/Wiring harness
Apexi V-AFC
Motor Mounts
Radiator
etc...

Basically I taking my A6 Head/Block and putting a Z6 head/block. The only thing I'm just questioning is will the Transmission work okay? I'll be using the a6 clutch/cable/shift linkage/fly-wheel etc...If I am missin anything or you have some tips let me know. BTW, anyone have a tutorial on how to get the distributor to mount correctly or how to exactly do it?
