Leaking power steering fluid

Hey guys,
My 93 Lesabre Limited is leaking power steering fluid....the boot onn the steering rack (passenger side) has a rip in it, and the fluid is leaking out of it, Does the rack need replaced or can just the boot be changed?

I haven't been driving it, and caught this right away so I don't think that I would have damaged the rack

I think the boot is replacable, got to your dealer and have them look it up.
