Id have to say no only because Ive never heard of such a thing and cant see an electric super charger working considering how hard a belt driven one has to run.

It no doubt would impede the natural air flow more than help it. There is NO way that impeller could spin at the rpms necessary to provide any kind of forced induction.

electronic superchargers are a rip off. i challenge anyone who sells them to proove me wrong, they cant do it.

actually the idea is sound, an electric motor can turn exponentially faster than a mechanical engine. however i dont think that the principle will work in practice. i dont think that it would be able to make much pressure and it defenitely would need more work than is necessary to get it to work with your car...
