2000 tl vs. 2000 Lude who'll win???

my friend's says he'll beat me badly in the 1/4 in his tl with the 3.2. it's not the 260 hp type s but it still got 225 hp with a 5-spd auto
i got a SS Lude I/H/E 17's on AVS tires and a few other misc mods FPR inline pump AEM fuel rails and some pulleys
he wants to race for 50 bucks.....
who do you guys think would win in a 1/4 race
i know i give like 50 lb-ft of tq to him but his car weighs like 3483 lbs while mines in the 2950s lbs
let me know some feedback so i can race him dis wknd

don't even bother the man that tt is all wheel drive so there is no spin off the line it is a 250hp if its a 3.2 thats the only way they came and that 5spd auto is actually a manual clutchless tranny witch is going to shift a lot faster than you so save your fifty dollars.

dammricers:Did you read hid post? He said TL as in Acura TL, not Audi TT...and get your facts straight. They offer the 1.8T for the Audi also...

Anyways, I say go for it because it looks like you got a nicely modded lude, and he's stock. You got the weight advantage, and his weight will drag him down in the end of the 1/4 mile. I say you'll catch him at the end, even if he gets the launch. Tell us how it goes...

wtf are you talking about ?? all wheel drive ?? Acura doesnt make an all wheel drive car , exept for the concept rl i think ... and anyways i think you should pull away from him as long as you stay way up in vtec rpms ... i pulled away from a cl back when my gsr was stock !! he had 3 people in his car to my 1 , but when i droped into 3rd i didnt hit vtec right away , so he pulled on me pretty hard up untill vtec kicked in , then it was a breeze ... i say try and go from a drop if not, f*ck it , i think you should take him anyway ...
