Free 1993 Laser Turbo!

Now that i have your attention, I seem to be having a problem with the idling. When im driving down the road at a constant speed it starts bucking at like 2,200RPM? Then when i stop at a light, it idles between 1K-2KRPM, it revs then drops. Is it the computer?

I'll take the car, and I'll fix the idling problem for myself at no additional charge!
