'97 gt shift kit

i saw on pfyc.com that a shift kit for your grand prix can add a decent amount of horse to the car. i was wondering if anyone has one and if they do, their opinions on it, whether it good or bad.

I dont think your going to gain HP w/ the shift kit. You will gain faster/firmer shifting.

I've had my Thrasher shift kit on MAX for over 2yrs now.
