Tacoma Front end Grille conversion question

Hey everyone! I have a 97 Tacoma Ext Cab 4x4 V6, and had a question hopefully to be answered. I've owned it for the last 5 years and love it to death but feel she's starting to look outdated up front. I was wondering if it is at all possible to swap out the Grille, headlights, front bumper, hood/latch, and side markers with an 03's or newer? The radiator cores look semi-familiar and so do the grille mounts. I'm just worried about the headlights fitting. Any questions answered would be greatly appreciated. I've gone to customtacos.com and everywhere else on the web, but can't find anything. I'm stuck in Korea for a year due to me being in the Air Force and not one person can help me out over here. I miss the states!!!!!! 6 months left. Woo Hoo!!
