changes to convertable

I just noticed that they changed they engine cover on the new production convertable Murcielago. The original had several "slots" running down the length of it. The one going into production has mesh running the whole length. It does not look as good IMO. Also has anyone seen the roll over system deployed? They say the convertable has a rollbar that deploys instantly in a roll over. i just would like to see what it looks like it sounds like it is pretty cool.

Re: changes to convertable

I haven't heard about the roll over system yet so I don't know. But I don't know why they would need it as the car is really just a targa top so the wall behind the passengers acts like a roll over bar. With the diablo roadster they just strengthened this section.

they talk about it at lambo.com. it says that it deploys in milliseconds in the case of a roll over. i just do not see where the system could be hidden.
