Replacing Bumper With Roll Pan...question
I want to replce the rear bumper on my 92 S-10 with a roll pan but what i need to know is if the roll pan will sit lower in the middle than my bumper does because I have a hitch receiver bolted on under bumper.
I am thinking I will have to learn about this one on trial and error. |

Re: Replacing Bumper With Roll Pan...question
I have a 97 S10 and I did the opposite, I put a bumper on and took off the roll pan, cheaper way of having the hitch. As far as I can tell the roll pan does not sit lower, actually if anything there is more room, it may actually sit higher. But the only way to say for sure, I agree would probably be trial and error.

Re: Replacing Bumper With Roll Pan...question
no go to your gm dealer and most times you can get a factory roll pan and it will stay about same height and its only about 30.00 bucks or so

I have a hidden hitch. Unless your speaking of the brand "hidden Hitch".
I spoke with a few custom shops all saying that most hitches have different designs and I might have to move my hitch to work with the roll pan. |
