Geocities doesn't allow hot-linking. You need to put that up in an AF gallery, or host it somewhere else, or link it, like this:

I think the guy got out because the car was pulled off onto the shoulder. Anyone see an article in the newpaper? Im curious of how it happened. It didnt look like it was in a crash.
