I hate Nissan sooo much!!! I can understand why the R34 Skyline isnt here. Its expensive, big, and doesnt look like a sports car to most Americans. But why the hell isnt the S15 here! The S15 is powered by a SR20DET that pumps out 247hp and 202lb of torque. Its rear wheel drive and weighs 2,799lb. Oh and did I mention its stupid fast off the assembly line. It does 0-60 in 5.6 and the 1/4 mile in 13.9! It can also hande with a skidpad of .95g. The best part is the price, $22,000 and some change in Japan...

It looks good, its faster then a BMW M Coupe, handles like a dream, and it costs as much as a Acura GSR! I wouldnt be driving a Infiniti G20 if this car was out here in the states. I would be driving a REAL Japanese sports car and its called the Nissan Silvia Spec-R.

You are correct sir! The G20 should have been a rebadged Silvia Spec-R S15!

I guarentee they would have sold a tonne! I'm sure everyone would say a car like that for $20kUS would be a good deal.

I know I'd be driving one!

The only thing I want is to see is the S15 sold here in the states with the same JDM spec's (no pos KA engine again). Who gives a flying f*@! what they call it or if its under an Infiniti badge.

And not watered down like Subaru did to the WRX! I'm sorry as good as it is, it's still not a REAL WRX.

the S15 is just beautiful....yeah, the new WRX is odd-looking...what do you guys think about the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII? I think it looks tight but I know when they bring it here for 2003 it'll be odd-looking and watered-down like the WRX

I think the Evo VI is the best out of all of the Evo's. I dont really like the look of the Evo VII. The inter looks like it's striped down to save weight or something. But I would tale a Evo VII over a WRX any day.

i agree that the Evo VI looks a lot better than the VII. and I would take an EVO VII over a WRX as well. if infiniti put the SR20VET id take it over the S15.

the new scoobys really arent real WRXs--thats what the WRX STi is for
The impreza that directly competes with Evos is the WRX Sti , and good news, i believe itll be stateside fairly soon
