S-TYPE R squeaky brakes

My S-type R has about 3800 miles. The brakes started squealing at at around 3500. It sounds terrible. Any body have the same problems? any suggestions for getting rid of the dreaded niose?

I had a similar problem on my standard S-type with a little shudder too. The disk was warped. They replaced it under warrentee.
