04 Accord V6 Coupe Transmission problem
My brand new Accord V6 Coupe has a slight "rough" sensation when going from 1st to 2nd, and only when the car has been sitting turned off for a while. It does it every time. I have not had a chance to discuss with the dealer yet, this car only has 2,000 miles. The feeling in the gas pedal is only slight, but it is there. Has anyone had any experience with this and is it an indicator of a problem. Thanks.

Thanks dumaxe, I didn't see the traction control sentence. Guess there isn't anything to worry about.

Re: 04 Accord V6 Coupe Transmission problem
If its the traction control system, why does it still make this noise even when you turn the system off (which you can by pressing the button the the left of the steering wheel)? I tried it this morning before going forward and it still made the noise between first and second gear.

I don't think it is the traction control. I called my dealer and he said he had another customer with the same problem and told me some crazy stuff about loosening the motor mounts or adding a spot weld to the floorpan. I'm taking it tomorrow and HOPEFULLY I can make it clunk while I'm at the dealer.
