i know that a lot of people will say to loose the thick lines but i kinda like it. if you colored it as kinda an anime car that would be sweet.

the shadow from the back tire needs to be fixed so it looks like it is on the ground

Re: ferrari enzo

Really good job homie, I think that the wheels are a little too thick. And maybe there should be a little bit of the engine/trunk area in the back showing. Still a great drawing

You did a great job using the grid.

The body lines are very accurate.

Was it your first time using the grids?

If so you have any tips for peops that may be trying it for the first time.

If you want a smoother blend use stumps.

But I like the way your rendered the car anyway, w/o smooth shading.

Re: ferrari enzo

Great drawing.

As far as the shading. Outline the car very lighting, including windows and contour lines. Let the shading seperate the parts of the car. The different shades allow us to see the contours of the car. And also work on smoothing the shading spectrum. Try not to go from gray to stark white so fast.

Re: ferrari enzo

thanks for all the replys/tips

ran: this was my 6th time using the grid, and for anyone that wants to use it i would say just to practice it and just keep doing it over and over until u get it how u want.

the shading looks really smooth on the actual drawing. the scan made it a lot darker and it showed those strokes. i do use a stump to blend, but i need to do it a little more on this one.

as for the back engine cover, i left it out because it wasn't showing in my ref pic.
