Re: I need a grand am

check your local paper. or used auto lots. I got my 95 for reletively cheap.

so why did you want a grand am? You looking for a car to turn into sport compact racing, or just one to get you places? If you going for the fast and the furious look, don't get a grand am unless you have a lot of mechanical knowhow and can spend the money to modify the mod parts.

Re: I need a grand am

Modifications and grand ams.
You can do as much to a grand am if not more than say a Honda Civic , bigger car more toys can fit in and out of it , bigger engine and engine bay less need to do heavy mods for decent performance , can fit big v8's under the hood as well without to much fabrication and time. These cars are light as hell for a familly car.(3000lbs range)

You can get a pretty good grand am at a reasonable price, maybe not that new.... it's worth it though. Just make sure you do some homework on the car you are looking at, like go to KBB.com and get a retail value of the car you would be interested in, this way you won't get ripped off by a dealer, or someone selling you the car... and always check the car out carefully for any accidents or future repairs needed.

Re: I need a grand am

We got a 93 Grand Am Se V6 for sale $2000 bucks 120,000 miles reliable service record one owner (a granny) not a scratch or dent slight crack in the windshield. But its in canada. So it would cost about $1300 american but you would have to come get it. Passed a 154 pt inspection with only a front brake pad low.
