haha... body kit paint...
Yea so I bought my body kit... and after I bought it I called an installation place where they could also paint it. They said that IF everything fits perfectly, (which they also said rarely happens), it will cost me 1500. They also said if they need to do any modification to it to make it fit it could easily pass 2000. And the funny part is that I expected a price of like 400 to paint and install.

I have a friend that bought the Kato Combat kit for his Grand Am...took it somewhere it was supposed to be installed and painted for like 700, and he got screwed because they didn't install it right and painted it the wrong color.

LOL screw maaco... my friend took his blazer there and when they finished wiht it, it looked like someone spilled a bucket of paint all over the car and let it dry. It was proabaly the worst paint job ive ever seen. i could probably do better with my eyes closed... but i guess thats what you get with a $350 paint job lol.

did you get the AED body kit? I installed mine myself (with absolutely no prior experience) and had no problems at all. I was also lucky enough to have a neighbor that used to work in a body shop paint the entire kit for $550. Really nice job too when it was done. Of course now it's all chipped to hell in the front...
