A JDM Red Valve cover. The top part thats red, on the engines head.
Depends on what engine you have. Polished piping all around. Colored Cables. www.stylinconcepts.com

here is a list to name a few:
-Colored cables -Wire loom/steel braded -Colored Valve covers -Plug wire covers -Polished reservoirers -Hide all the wires also a lot of performance products will also make your engine bay look a lil flashier such as: -cold air intake -headers -aluminum radiator -adjustable cam gears -aftermarket battery all that should be more then enough to cash out your bank acount
