Radiator Cooling Fans

I have one bad cooling fan of the two mounted units. I would like to replace the originals with good aftermarket "pusher" electric cooling fan set. Any recommendations??? Would I use the original mount bracket??? What manufacturer is good and what size unit to get??? Use an aftermarket thermostat relay controls that come with the aftermarket fans??? Any problems in retrofit to the existing radiator???

What is the cost of an OEM replacement fan and where to get???
