Ga16de wiring problem

i have a question for anyone who would know if there is a difference between a 93 5 speed ecu,harness, and a 95 auto ecu,and harness. I have tried 95 motor,harness and ecu on my 93 5 speed and it turned over like it would start but the cars fuel pump doesnt come on and I cant get any spark through the wires or coil. any info is appreciated. thanks.

i have a 92 sentra, they told me that the only way i can change the ecu is if i get one made for the car, or similar on the same year. every year it differs

I've also tried newer motor with auto harness and original 93 ecu... still same problem.
