Rear tower strut bar 94 accord ex

I bought a Rear tower strut bar for my 94 accord ex and I know that I have to cut through the carpet in the trunk to put it in. BUt I need to know exactly where to cut so I can put it in nice and tight.

Could someone explain how they did it on there car or does anyone have a picture of one installed on a accord? thanks
