JL Audio speakers?

I just got JL Audio evolution TR050-CT tweeters to replace my Clarion tweeters that were gone. I don't know much about audio, is JL Audio speakers good?

The shop guy said they are way better than the Clarion replacement tweeters that I was gonna buy, so i trusted him. I don't hear much people talk about JL Audio products.

All I hear about is Alpine, Sony, Infinity, Focal, Pioneer, ect.
Any input about JL Audio, how long they been around?

Dood i highly recommend getting JL speakers in your ride, they are top notch, high quality speakers and they come in a lot of different price ranges. I have 2 JL 12' W0's in the back of my civic hatchback and they provide me with the bumpity bump bump that i want when im cruisin down brodway. Go to www.jlaudio.com you can get more info there, but take it from me you wont be dissapointed by JL speakers. Sony speakers suck, clairon sucks, pioneers are ayte, but the top speakers to get in my opinion are JL's, Audiobahn, and Eclipse. Hope this helps.

Like you said the JL subs are good. i've been doing some research, people say there subs are good but never hear about their other speaker lines such as components or coxials.

i've checked JL Audio but they have no company info, I'd like to learn there history.

My ride was equipped with all Clarions when I bought it. Front Clarions components and rear 6x9's. The highs are clear & nice but the mids are very weak.

I have JL tweet's & 1 w6 12'' in my hatch & 2 w6 12'' in my accord
Never had any problems

yea the i have JL wo's also an im impressed with them...i want to move up to the w3's the on to a w7 i know they nock hard as hell...but i duno much about their highs...i guess theyre of good quality also

Got the JL tweets installed, sounds smooth. The Clarions were harsh, and the highs could be ear piercing. The JL has textile dome tweets, so I just that's why the highs are so smooth.

yes JL audio is a top brand in my view. they hit really hard and the sound quiality is awsome.

I stay loyal to Mb Quart but got a set of JL components for cheap. They sound awsome. They sound just as good
