Well tonight I finally got the headgasket leak fixed on my Cavalier...haha...well anyways there is a neighborhood badass that has a GFX Beretta. about an 89-90 i think it had a 3.1l in it. (mine has a 2.0) Well his car had been sitting in his yard for quite some time...do not know what mods he has or whatever or what was wrong with his car...my car has no mods what so ever except if you want to call a glasspack and a tip on it a mod haha...anyways...I'm going to down this road thats just a long stretch where hardly anyone drives down it...none of the cops were around...prolly out getting a donut...well me and the GFX guy have never got along ever since Elementry school...long time ago...well back to it...he came driving really fast by me and what not going atleast 65-70mph because i was doing about 55mph. i didn't think anything of it because i mean the guy is a dumbass...but then i see him on the side of the road with the hood up, i just laugh and keep driving...about 4-5 minutes later..knew by the song of sweet child of mine went off haha...he's behind me honking the horn and flashing his headlights...well so i speed up a little doing about 65 now. he comes and drives by me and slows down to where we're just about even and i hate driving with someone going to the same speed as me on the side of me...just weird...besides i got into an accident one time when that happened...well so i speed up even more doing about 78 and he pulls ahead a little of me and then i just let off and let him pass...he keeps going but then all of a sudden smoke was pouring out of the back of his car...and you could smell burning oil haha...
...and i remember driving with one of my friends and it reminded me that he threw a rod ...so im assuming thats what happened...he swerves and slams on brakes on the shoulder and i just zip on by...well when i got home come to find out i had blew a huge crack into my radiator...i think thats what might have overheated it before was a small leak in it...it was funny but stupid at the same time..atleast i don't have to fix my engine...just replace my radiator..

It's always fun putting dopes in their place! Too bad about your radiator though...oh well, you still killed him, well done.
Tell me more about the Beretta GFX...i'm not familiar with that model?

The GFX is an aftermarket kit. The kit is available at aeroform.com, I beleive. It wasn't a factory option. The only factory trim levels available were: Base, GT, GTU, GTZ, Z26 and in 1990 the INDY GT. Ron |
