Wheel/Tire Question!!!

First off, let me just say if my questions seem dumb, you'll have to excuse me as I'm not very knowledgable car wise. Anyways, on to the point. I have a 1996 Accord (not lowered or anything) and it just has the regular steel wheels w/ hubcaps. They were getting beat up so I decided to get some wheels. So my question is I got some wheels 15x7 4x114.3 w/ a 40 mm offset. My question is, can the tires that are on the steel wheels now (P195/60R15) be used on the new wheels. So should I just be able to take the new wheels over and will they be able to just take the tires, etc off the old steel wheels and put them on the new wheels? Also, the new wheels are just the rims themselves nothing else, , so if the tires off the old wheels work, I don't have to get anything else?

Also, if those tires and wheels will work together, does anyone have an idea of what a shop would charge me to take off the tires and then put them on the new wheels.

Also, will that offset work?

Also, it takes the thinner lug nuts, so will the 12mm x 1.5 work???

THANKS IN ADVANCE and again I'm sorry for my dumb questions, I'm just not very car savy.

Thanks

Re: Wheel/Tire Question!!!

Yes those tires will work.

WHEEL LOCKS!

Shop will charge mount & balance fee, no more
than $50.

Offset is good

12mmx1.5 works
