My New CRX-HF

Hello Everyone! I am brand new to the forum, so I would like to say hello to everyone blah blah.

I just bought this CRX off of a local guy who wanted to get rid of it, I have yet to get a list of upgrades from him, but I do know that there is an Integra LS motor in it. I was wondering if this was one of those B16's or whatever it is that everyone talks about. I believe its from a '91 Integra. I do know that the engine is a 140hp motor. Here is a picture of it along with a couple more of the car and interior. Also, does anyone know of any tracks in Southern California where i can go clock my car?

Dude, that definitly looks like a ZC engine to me unless the guy before you somehow got the Bseries mounts to work. Id ask him. Thats a sweet lookin rex though, good find. What did you pay for it? Oh yea, and Welcome to the Forum I think youll come to realize that this place kicks ass, lots of smart people on here, but im the smartest.

damn 98 ranger an cash!!!! I would of bought it for $3.400 OR give the ranger and no cash! my crx si has a b16 and has a custom paint, red nsx and orange pearl, and I bought it for $3.200 and the b16 was out of the car, (just arived from japan) and the guy who sold the car put the motor in for free before I bought the car. Ur ride looks extra clean but its an hf it costed u over $6.000 if u put the ranger and the money together. but looks extra sweet and clean.

Re: My New CRX-HF

The ranger was pretty beat up. The clutch on it was almost gone, and the tranny was.. well it was a ford tranny so go you can draw your own conclusion. I don't really mind if i got ripped off because I have wanted a new CRX since my Si got totalled about 5 months ago, and this one seems to be pretty fast. I just need tp find my list of upgrades so I can post it on here.... What kind of headers would you guys recommend for it?

Re: My New CRX-HF

Nice man. I need to get some pictures up of my beat up ass civic (well only have beat up now, I finally finished the body work on drivers side/ completely shaved side molding and shaved the recess that it fits into) thats in diar need of a head gasket. I'm going to have to say that you got ripped on the deal also though. Oh well, whats done is done and your left with a clean crx.

As for a header, i say DC or Neuspeed. Stay away from the cheap companies especially Pace Setter
