if you're talking about the blue one, then that's Yuuki Izumida's car, AKA Dart Izumi Jr.
AKA The Crash King. he used to drive the black ORC 4-door R32. (which was sex on wheels i might add) i think he also has an ORC 350Z now... definitley one of the OG's of D1 and one of my personal faves. he looks like a Yakuza member. GANGSTER DRIFT, WHAT!
