Widebody Supra - Road/Race Hybrid Completed (for the moment)

Finally finished the Supra.

The progress thread can be found Here

A quick recap of some of the work:-

Front chassis (engine bay) from road car mated to rear chassis (interior) of Castrol Supra.

Body a mix of styrene, filler and sheet aluminium built around road version with rear hatch from race version (coz I like the rear window on that car).

Scratch built turbos, intercooler and pipes and full exhaust system.

Loads of wiring, tubing etc.

Double rim on rear wheels using F50 tyres

Hood and wing along with much interior in Kevlar as I got bored with carbon and fancied a change.

Hope you like it, it's far from perfect but this was a massive project/task to complete during the comp' time limit and there's a lot that I aim to improve on next time around (YES THERE WILL BE ANOTHER!!!)

But for now, on to some Mk3's and 2's!!!

Nice Supra. Cost you a lot of work as I see, but it was definitely worth it.

Re: Widebody Supra - Road/Race Hybrid Completed (for the moment)

Thanks for the comments guys.

FOTW - The wing is the extra item from the Studio27 JGTC Supras. (2 come with the kit - high and low down force).
