Soft Top Care/Maintenance

I have a '98 with a soft tope. It is tan and in really good condition. The Jeep will be stored outdoors and I am very interested in how best to see that the top stays nice. Does anyone have suggestions regarding treatment of the material that could prolong is usefull life?

Keep it clean and use use a product with UV inhibitors in it espesially on the stiching. realistically soft tops are only supposed to last about five years. but if you keep them clean and in the shade you can prolong that.
