Electrical Mirrors

I was wondering if someone had some information on how to repair or trouble shoot the following problem?

1) When you sellect the mirror option for adjustment either left or right and you actually try to adjust them both mirror move at the same time even though you have isolated it on the dash.

2) The same problem occurs also when the seat psotion for driver one and two as well.

Note: Is there a reset that will fix this problem?

I have the same problem on my 98 Arora. When I try to move the right mirror up, it also moves the left mirror down and vice versa. I have no problem moving either the right or left mirror from side to side, they just will not move independenly up and down. I hope someone know a fix for this, it just drives me grazy..
