93 mgm window motor
Anyone know where I can find replacement "pucks" for the inside of the window motors. They seem to be made of plastic. The motors are still good but they use these "pucks" as a shock absorber between the gear being driven by the motor and the one driving the window regulator.

Re: 93 mgm window motor
Are they the fabric type? You might be able to substitute a few thin plastic washers, if I'm thinking about the right design.

Re: 93 mgm window motor
Yep, I rebuild both the left and right side window 'actuator' motors. The motor inside turns a screw that runs perpendicular to a inner nylon plastic gear.
The nylon plastic teeth break loose. That's why when you make the window go down, there's a bit of play with the glass. The gears look like this from 1965-1992 mercurys: http://www.rockauto.com/ref/ACI/Detail.html?84634.gif
