Interior lights will not go out

My interior lights will not go out while you are driving the car. After about 10 minuets when the ignition switch is off they will go out. I have tried opening only one door at a time to see if I have a bad door switch but I dont get very accurate info. some times the lights will come on and some times they will not. Does anyone have any ideas.

Hello I had the same problem with my 96 Lesabre. Turned out to be a light module/brain that controls dash lights, interrior lights as well as headlamps and parkinglamps. It is located near the kick panel above the hump between the driver and passanger side floor boards. Hope that helps.
