Seats from a 3rd Gen to a 2nd gen

Will seats from a 3rd Gen Integra fit a 2nd gen relatively easily? I found a nice set that'll match my interior for cheap I wouldn't mind getting a set since mine got a tear in the bolster and they are wearing quickly. So will it basically bolt right up to the same bracket or does it require a lot of custom fab?
