99 civic Adjusting light beam..PLS HELP
I need help ! The headlight beams are not at the same height. My driverside headlight points too far up and bothers other drivers in front of me. Can someone tell me where I can adjust it and lower it back to normal level? Not exactly great with cars..But if you can tell me where the thing is to adjust I would appreciate it greatly.
