Headrest swap

I've come up with a rather cool idea to improve our hatch dx and std seats. I looked out a pair of 95 integra seats and noticed that without the headrest, they almost have the same seat cushion shape as the hatch seats and with the open-hole headrest, they look killer. What do you guys think if I could put a civic si headrest on my hatch seats? They would make it look alot sportier and somewhat like integ seats!

some civic si seats have the two bars farther apart and some have it close together like the dx. i think the headrests with the holes do look cooler. but i'm not sure about the fit though

I put my Si headrests in my sedan... They won't fit the rear sedan seats though.
