Re: 04 mr2?

2004 is the MRS, not a mr2. the first two you can find in a Car and Driver magazine, and for the second... i'll move this thread to the correct forum.

Re: 04 mr2?

I have had a 2001 since 01, and I haven't had any problems except for the tires wear unevenly due to the negative camber, but that's just my driving. There's more info on the problems at www.spyderchat.com.

Celica, MR2 Will Die After '05

You may wanna wait, here's what I just read. I hate when a brand stop making a cool car. I used to want one so bad, but decided on Mercedes instead. Toyota/Lexus (I have a GS) is the best brand in the world, reliability wise. It says MR-2 but means the Spyder. Here's the breaking news story. http://www.thecarconnection.com/index.asp?article=7329

That's one reason why I like my car so much. Nobody else has one. The production numbers have been limited in the U.S. every year. They discontinued the 1st and 2nd and now the 3rd generation MR2, no suprise. My next car will probably be the new Elise.

I still drive my Spyder every day. It makes all the difference in driving with the top down. No stress and full of fun!
