Engine Swap problems

Ok, well here it goes. I got a Jspec 3s-gte for my 1991 mr2. Installed fine and i think i got everything hooks up. but im getting a no start condition, and ive narrowed it down to the something no telling the injectors to fire (no fuel). The car will start and run on gas/starting fluid that gets put through the intake manifold, but not throught the normal fuel delivery system. Now one thing in thinking about is that maybe a sensor is bad or the sensors won't work with my USDM ECU. If anyone has done a swap and had anything like this come up, can you give me a suggestion or something. Other bits of info. Did not change out the anything from the old engine to the new one. JDM Intake, Oil pan (which on the USDM engine has an oil level sensor in while the JDM does not), and the JDM tranny does not come with a cruise control sensor on it like my US tranny. I did change out the water outlet on the transmission side with had a vaccume switch of some sort for the water, which the JDM does not have either. anyone got any ideas.

Chris, MS. (no running MR2)
