Oil in Spark plug hole

91 Celica GTS 5sfe
I was checking on my spark plugs and
when i pulled out my spark wires
i see one of them had oil in the hole
it's not flooding the hole but it's all over the side making it hard to
pull the spark wire out.
anyway, it doesnt seem so good.
What can i do?

Cool

hey dude, im eating and my computer is all greasy now. But i'll help ya out anyways.
I encountered the same problem 3 days ago. Be careful when pulling your wires out. If you do it when its hot or oily, you might leave the ''boot'' on the sparkplug. This is a little piece of rubber to ensure a seal around the plug. Its supposed to stay on your wire but when it expands due to heat or is slippery from oil, they slip off.

I had to find out the hard way to remove these things. I removed the valve cover only to find out i cant do anything from removing the valve cover.
If they do slip off, dont panic, like i did. Go to Advance Auto Parts, they have this 2 piece tool set that looks like a dentists pick. Cost... 6 buks.
You can use this tool to effortlessly snag, and pull out the annoying rubber things.
As for the oil, yes, i had oil in mine too. But the old plugs were pretty loose so i figured that they were not properly tightened.
Well, hope this helps.

Dude, well, spending 60 bucks on a celica isnt much.
I spend 150+ everytime i open somthing.
If its just 60 bucks to fix it, i would doit before any other problems show up.
good luck.
