SR20det swap into 97 200sx SE

I am looking into a swap for my 97 200sx SE, I have decided on the sr20det Gti-R. I have a few questions abou the install, when i do the swap I will also be getting a new exhaust system, will i need custom downpipes or can I just use any system that will fit a 200sx? I have found a gti-r at totaljdm.com for $1449+shipping, this includes the transmission, ECU, intercooler, and turbo. what aditional parts will I need? and the ECU that come withthe engine replaces the one already in the car im guessing, but will it have to still be reprogrammed?
