New 1998 Grand Prix GT

Hey everyone, I just got a 1998 Grand Prix GT 3.8 and I'm pretty much new to the car and performance parts. In order by cheapness, what can I do to make it faster. I heard putting an air filter is a start, what do you think?

FWI

CAI

Or you can make you own FWI Click Here

Hope that helps. You said that its a 97/98 you have to relocate the Coolant bottle with a 99 up to the left side of the strut tower if you go with a CAI...........~Larry~
