Please Help - Cav refuses to start

I cannot get my 1994 Cav(2.2L) to start and I have run out of ideas. I have checked all of the obvious causes. The engine cranks fine and sputters/shakes a few times but will not start. I have a strong spark at all 4 cylinders and I'm assuming its getting fuel because the plugs are wet with gas after cranking the engine. I have a new battery, crank sensor, ignition coils, and I had the ignition module tested. I even tried unplugging different sensors in case one was bad but no such luck. What else could cause a no-start situation on this car?

Any help at all would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Had a '91 do the same thing...pull the valve cover, have someone turn the motor over and see if the valves are moving. ( could be a broke timing chain)

Sounds like something is clogged in the fuel system..might want to change out the fuel filter.
