Well, I'd take a look at the 60 tuneup, to get an idea of everything that needs to be checked over. If you havn't had your timing belt and water pump changed in the last 30k, I would do them.
Change gear oil in transaxle, transfer case, and rear diff if it hasn't been done since 100k Check brakes, spark plugs, wires, keep up to date on oil changes, and use a synthetic higher mileage blend that strengthens seals.
